Cancellation & Refund Timeframe
7+ days before puja
100% refund
Full refund, no questions asked.
4–6 days before puja
75% refund
Pandit allocation may have started. 25% retained as preparation fee.
1–3 days before puja
50% refund
Materials, flowers & pandit are confirmed. 50% retained.
Same day / after puja
No refund
Once the puja is performed or the day has arrived, no refund is available.
How to cancel
To cancel a booking, contact us at contact@shrisewa.com, call us at +91 87964 63710, or via WhatsApp at the same number before the scheduled puja date. Include your booking reference number.
Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card). For international payments, the refund timeline may extend to 10–14 business days depending on your bank.
Exceptions
- If a puja cannot be performed due to circumstances on our end (pandit unavailability, temple closure), you will receive a full refund automatically — no action required.
- If the video of your puja is not delivered within 7 days of the ceremony date, contact us for a partial refund of the video delivery component.
- Prasad and chadhava shipments: physical items cannot be returned once shipped. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photograph. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery timelines.
