What we deliver
- Puja video: An HD recording of your puja ceremony, captured by a Shrisewa team member at the temple.
- Prasad box: Sacred offerings blessed during the puja, packed at the temple and shipped to your doorstep.
- Chadhava box: Deity-specific offerings (flowers, sweets, cloth) offered on your behalf and shipped to you.
- Sankalp certificate: A digital certificate confirming the puja details — delivered via WhatsApp.
Digital delivery (video & certificate)
Your puja video is delivered to your registered WhatsApp number within 24–48 hours of the ceremony. Ceremonies longer than 30 minutes are delivered as a YouTube unlisted link. Shorter ceremonies are sent as an MP4 file directly on WhatsApp.
In exceptional circumstances (network outage at the temple location, natural disruptions), the delivery timeline may extend up to 7 days. You will be notified via WhatsApp if there is a delay.
Physical delivery (prasad & chadhava)
Prasad and chadhava items are packed at the temple after your puja ceremony. They are dispatched via our logistics partner, Shiprocket, within 3–5 business days of the ceremony date.
- Domestic delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch (standard shipping).
- Pin code serviceability is checked at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified before payment.
- Free shipping is included with select puja packages. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
International shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country.
- Customs clearance and any applicable import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
- Shrisewa is not liable for delays caused by customs inspection or local postal services.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order tracking
Once your prasad or chadhava order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email, including the courier partner name and AWB (airway bill) number.
You can also track your order anytime from the My Pujas dashboard on our website.
Damaged or lost items
- If your prasad or chadhava arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damaged item and packaging.
- Replacement or refund will be provided at Shrisewa's discretion based on the nature of the damage.
- Items lost in transit will be replaced at no extra cost. Please allow 3–5 business days for the replacement shipment.

Non-returnable items
Prasad and chadhava are sacred offerings blessed during the puja ceremony. Once shipped, they cannot be returned. Opened or partially consumed items are not eligible for replacement.
