1. About Shrisewa
Shrisewa is an online puja booking platform that facilitates the booking of religious ceremonies (pujas) at partner temples across India. We act as an intermediary between devotees and verified pandits. We are registered as a partnership firm in India.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking reference number via SMS or WhatsApp. The sankalp (your name, gotra, and intention) you provide during booking will be communicated to the assigned pandit.
3. Pandit assignment
Shrisewa assigns a verified pandit to your booking based on temple, date, and puja type. Pandit-specific requests are accommodated on a best-effort basis but are not guaranteed. All pandits on the platform are vetted for lineage, training, and temple affiliation.
4. Video delivery
A high-definition video of your puja is recorded by a Shrisewa team member and delivered to your registered WhatsApp number within 24–48 hours of the ceremony. For ceremonies longer than 30 minutes, the video may be delivered as a YouTube unlisted link. For shorter ceremonies, an MP4 file is sent directly. Delivery timelines may be extended by up to 7 days in exceptional circumstances (network outage, natural disruptions at the temple location).
5. Prasad and chadhava delivery
Physical prasad and chadhava boxes are dispatched via Shiprocket within 3–5 business days of the ceremony. Estimated delivery times depend on your location. 6. Cancellations and refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: full refunds are available if you cancel before the puja date; no refund is available after the puja has been performed.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or attempt to book pujas on behalf of third parties without their consent. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
8. Limitation of liability
Shrisewa's liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, puja unavailability, or force majeure events.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
