Questions devotees ask
If you're unsure, ask us anything on WhatsApp.
Will I see my name being taken in the video?
Yes. The pandit will speak your name, your gotra, and your intention clearly during the sankalp. The video is unedited — what you see is what happened at the temple.
How is this different from a livestream?
We do not stream. We record. This means the pandit can focus fully on the ritual without worrying about cameras. You receive a full HD recording — better quality than any live feed — within 24 hours.
What if my name is mispronounced?
We re-record at our cost. Every booking carries a mispronunciation guarantee — if your name or gotra is incorrectly spoken, we re-record free of charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes — full refund up to 24 hours before the puja, 75% refund 6–24 hours before, no refund within 6 hours.
